At CUBO, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI — we will contact you for your preferred method.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items in different sizes or variants, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest exchange processing.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: personal care items (face massagers, beauty tools) and intimate-use products. Defective items are always eligible for return or replacement regardless of category.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
