CUBO: Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CUBO, we strive to deliver your home tools, kitchen appliances, and baby toys in the fastest and safest manner possible. We partner with reputed national couriers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket & etc.) to ensure your order reaches you in top condition.
1. Shipping Locations
We offer PAN India delivery. Whether you are in a metro city or a rural area, we aim to bring CUBO products to your doorstep.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you for a quick confirmation before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.

Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities): 4–7 business days.

Remote Areas (North East, J&K, etc.): 7–10 business days.
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to extreme weather, festivals, or courier-related logistical issues.
4. Shipping Charges

Flat Rate: For orders below [₹999], a flat shipping fee of [₹50-99] will apply.

COD Charges: A convenience fee of [₹49] applies to all Cash on Delivery orders to cover additional handling costs.
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is scanned by our courier partner, you will receive an Email/SMS with a tracking link and an AWB (Airway Bill) number. You can track your package in real-time on our website or the courier’s portal.
6. Packaging & Safety

Tools & Appliances: We use heavy-duty corrugated boxes and protective padding to ensure high-value items are not damaged during transit.

Baby Toys: All toys are packed in hygienic, tamper-proof packaging to ensure safety for your little ones.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. * Take a photo/video of the package and contact us at sunilsinghborl@gmail.com or +91 8319865652 within 24 hours.

We will investigate with the courier and send a replacement immediately.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before returning it to our warehouse in Ayodhya. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid RTO (Return to Origin) charges.
